1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sbj6 website, mobile-optimised platform, and all associated products and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by sbj6 ("sbj6", "we", "us", or "our"). The Platform is accessible at sbj6.io and is intended for use by adult players located in Bangladesh.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing any game, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you ("the Player", "you", or "your") confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the sbj6 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. The sbj6 Platform is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of 21. sbj6 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all balances frozen, and the matter referred for review.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the sbj6 Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's identity — is strictly prohibited.
• Personal Use: You must be playing on your own behalf and with your own funds. Playing on behalf of another person, or using funds belonging to a third party, is not permitted.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a current self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by sbj6 or any related platform.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the sbj6 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By registering, you warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must not use fictitious information, another person's identity, or temporary contact details. sbj6 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration against third-party identity records.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. sbj6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify sbj6 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

sbj6 applies Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures in accordance with responsible platform standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, driver's licence, or a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address. Documents must be clear, legible, and in date. sbj6 may request additional documentation at its discretion.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

sbj6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where: registration information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent; prohibited conduct is identified; a self-exclusion request has been submitted; the account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or sbj6 determines closure to be necessary for platform integrity or player protection purposes.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sbj6 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). sbj6 supports a range of payment methods tailored for players in Bangladesh.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sbj6 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice; the current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the cashier section of your account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by sbj6, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Players are encouraged to set their own deposit limits within the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed promptly following completion of applicable KYC verification. sbj6 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within one to three business days, though actual receipt of funds will depend on the processing times of the chosen payment provider. sbj6 does not impose withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your payment provider may charge its own transfer fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

sbj6 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illicit activity. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund your account, and in amounts proportionate to your deposit and gameplay history. sbj6 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or disproportionate.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

sbj6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Players must complete the stated wagering requirement within the specified validity period; unused bonus balances expire automatically at the end of the validity window.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and sports bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the individual promotion terms. Playing games with a zero percent contribution while a bonus is active will not contribute to clearing the wagering requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

sbj6 operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. Activities including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or coordinating with other players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, constitute bonus abuse. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have any associated bonus funds and winnings forfeited, and may be permanently closed.

5.4 sbj6's Right to Modify Promotions

sbj6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-period, players who have already activated the bonus will be permitted to complete the applicable wagering requirements under the original terms.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the sbj6 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, or other game categories. General rules applicable across all products are set out below.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

sbj6 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets are only confirmed once you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the Platform. Pending or unconfirmed bets may be cancelled in the event of a technical fault, odds error, or data feed disruption.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by product, market, and event. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform at the time of placing a bet. sbj6 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted by risk management considerations.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the original stake returned if: the event is cancelled or abandoned; there is a material error in the odds or game configuration; the outcome cannot be determined; or sbj6 identifies suspicious or irregular betting activity in relation to the relevant event.

6.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a gaming session or sports bet, sbj6 will endeavour to reconstruct the outcome using available server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, the relevant stake will be returned to your account balance. sbj6 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a technical failure beyond the return of the applicable stake.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sbj6 Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, any relevant winnings forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering more than one account, or registering using another person's identity or contact details
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to place bets
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform to launder money
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other players or sbj6 staff via any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the accounts of other players or to sbj6's back-end systems
• Sharing account credentials with, or playing on behalf of, a third party
• Placing bets while in possession of inside information that is not publicly available

8 Responsible Gaming

sbj6 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity. Full details are available on our Responsible Gaming page.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session duration reminders that alert you when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: You may request a temporary suspension of your account for a period of between 1 and 42 days. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent self-exclusion from the sbj6 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the sbj6 Platform — including but not limited to the sbj6 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, software, databases, game content, and written copy — is the exclusive property of sbj6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the sbj6 Platform without the prior written consent of sbj6.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sbj6's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sbj6 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sbj6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sbj6 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.

11 Privacy & Data

sbj6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

sbj6 applies industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption across all pages and transactions. Your personal and financial data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and fraud prevention agencies strictly to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

12 Amendments to These Terms

sbj6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, sbj6 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law as applied to online gaming platforms, given the cross-jurisdictional nature of the services provided.

sbj6 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally permitted in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. sbj6 does not provide legal advice, and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal counsel.
